An easy way to order your letterman jacket is by selecting a size that corresponds with the t-shirt size you normally wear. However, it may be best to order your jacket based on the measurements below. All of our jackets are unisex athletic cut for both male and female. If you are accustomed to ordering tall or short sizes, you may want to consider modifying the body and sleeve lengths in either 2" or 4" inch increments.

Please Note: Individual finished garment measurements may vary by +/- .6 inch (1-2 cm). The sizes that we recommend are only suggestions. We are not responsible if you order an incorrect size. We have a variety of different collar styles available including the classic "Stand-Up" and "Roll Knit" collars with matching cuffs & waist standard. You can also choose the "Byron" collar or "Scalloped Hoodie" for a stylish custom look. The Heavyweight Ultraknit™ trim around the collar, sleeves and waistband of your letterman jacket is made from a premium material which holds its shape longer and is softer to the touch than other jacket suppliers' products.  Please review the options below to choose the collar style for your custom letterman jacket:

Available in 2", 3" or 4" sizes, our custom made chenille patches are meticulously crafted with the highest thread count in the industry, and felt layers that provide a solid base which bonds well with the embroidred stitches for strength & durability. We have 5 different styles available for you to choose from. You can also customize color selections for every element, or add some bling with rhinestones for a completely customized "Class Of" patch that shouts your graduation year with pride!
