We are participating in a program to help decrease the environmental impact of generating electricity.

LOS ANGELES, December 14, 2011 —TAS started going green with its office paper waste recycling program & electronic forms approximately a year ago. Seeing its success, TAS has continued to support the reduction of its’ carbon footprint.

Working with an SCE approved company, TAS has substituted all the old fluorescent light ballasts for new, low energy models. Additionally, all the fluorescent tubes in our offices and work areas have been changed from the standard double to single unit fixtures with low energy tubes. This reduces the total amount of tubes from four to two per fixture. Additionally, the new tubes are the thinner less wattage, however, with the new technology, the brightness is still present

By lowering the energy use, TAS is doing their part in maintaining grid reliability, helping the environment as well as the health of our employees.
